Our accessibility standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at Level AA. The current website is partially compliant while the remaining complex demonstrations receive manual assistive-technology testing.

What the website supports

• zooming and reflow across mobile, tablet and desktop layouts;
• keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link;
• semantic headings, labelled controls and text alternatives for meaningful images;
• reduced motion when your device requests it; and
• reading without audio, video or time-limited interaction.

Known limitations

• The interactive Supervision Index demonstration contains dense projected charts and controls. Explanatory text is provided, but some relationships may be more difficult to navigate with a screen reader.
• Saving the free starter pack through a browser's print-to-PDF function may produce a file whose tagging depends on the browser and PDF reader.
• The secure platform and Discovery Chat booking journey are separate applications and are assessed through their own release checks.

We will update this statement as manual keyboard, screen-reader and contrast checks are completed and when a material issue is found or fixed.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared following review of the site structure, keyboard focus, responsive layouts and reduced-motion behaviour. It will be reviewed after the next manual assistive-technology audit or a material design change.
